TERMS & AGREEMENT

Brand hereby agrees to participate at CREAM Miami according to following terms and agreements.

WHOLESALE SHOWROOM PARTICIPATON

• Brand required to provide digital assets 60 days in advance of show
• Product must be representative of only one brand in any one designated booth
• There is no hanging of any brand collateral on walls
• Cream to provide furniture related to shelf, table, chair, racks, and brand signage
• Additional furniture requests may be considered based on availability and early requests
• Brand Presentations must include 15-20 looks for Open Showcase
• Brand Presentation must include 30-50 looks for Trade Showroom Booth

RETAIL POP UP PARTICIPATION

• Brand required to have 12-20 Styles (8-12 Sizes each)
• Product Merchandised by Cream Staff by categories
• Sales Staff and Merchandising and Customer Service and Check Out provided by Cream
• Brand provides inventory on consignment at wholesale prices for Retail Pop Up
• Look Book and Line Sheets provided 60 days in advance
• Payments on sales paid to brands within 15 week days.

RUNWAY SHOWS

• All pre-styled looks in order of sequence delivered 5 days prior to runway show – 20 minimum / 28 maximum looks
• Video / Photography Footage / and Brand Collateral for show to be provided 60 days prior to event
• Hair / Make Up Mood Board Request to be provided 60 days prior to event

No-Refunds on booth / runway packages 60 days prior to event
